    Oval plastic tube packaging normally can be applied on cosmetics eye cream, sunscreen, bb cream, toning cream, foundation, healing gel, concealer, and some exfoliating product. Materials of cosmetic tube can be LDPE, HDPE, and EVOH. The capacity can be customized through changing the tube length, so at a same capacity, we can have different dimension. Take 80ml cosmetic tube as example, we can choose 30 or 40 Dimension. One is 135mm long, another is 95mm long. (Doesn't include the cap)We can make 5 layers tube which contains a EVOH in the middle of the tube layer. The touch can make as same as mono layer tube. When your product formula is strong, 5 layers tube can have better barrier features.

Normally, the tube sealing part can be either tail sealing or foil temper sealing. Depends on where do you fill your formula into the tube packaging.
